Founded by Claudia Green in 2020, Scaling Up was born out of a desire to change the way startups have to tackle hiring talent. Hiring the right talent is imperative at any stage but a particularly daunting experience when making those first hires.
Having worked with companies from pre-seed through to Series C, we have seen the various growing pains companies experience. We have learnt this tends to be the least favourite part of the many building blocks needed to grow a successful company despite how important it is.
Hiring should be easy, affordable and led by someone who knows your organisation and culture and can share the exciting story of your venture.
We want to take the pain out of the process and replace it with an experience both founders and candidates enjoy.
